Summary: The role of Agentic AI Consultant involves designing and delivering hands-on training focused on modern agentic systems and LLM architectures for a consultancy serving both public and private sector clients. The position requires an experienced professional who can empower technical teams through education and has a strong background in building agentic AI systems. The consultant will work remotely, providing training 2-3 days per week, and is expected to start ASAP. This role is classified as outside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering structured training on agentic AI patterns and frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented workflows, and best practices for productionising agentic systems.
- Advising engineering teams during hands-on sessions.
- Helping define capability uplift and internal AI maturity.
- Providing guidance around responsible and safe AI use.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in Software/AI Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Haystack, etc.).
- Experience in agentic AI design and deployment, RAG, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
- Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, accessible material.
- Self-sufficient, confident communicator, able to run workshops end-to-end.

What You'll Be Doing

- Evaluation, monitoring, and safety
- Best practices for productionising agentic systems

- Providing guidance around responsible & safe AI use
Required Experience
- 5+ years in Software/AI Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Python
