Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise the agentic AI opportunity pipeline across clients
- Work with customers to identify, shape, and qualify AI use cases and automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs
- Map current and future state processes, highlighting where AI can augment or automate
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment from discovery through to delivery
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or technology projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to identify and articulate value-driven opportunities, not just document requirements
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g. automation, LLMs, or intelligent workflows)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot) is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
