Summary: The role of Salesforce Agentforce / AI Consultant involves leading the implementation of AI-driven workflows within Salesforce for IsraTransfer Ltd, a licensed Money Service Business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Agentforce
- Translate sales and operational goals into AI-enabled Salesforce solutions
- Design AI agent architectures, behaviours, and escalation logic
- Integrate Agentforce with existing Salesforce orgs, objects, flows, and processes
- Establish guardrails, permissions, and governance suitable for financial services
- Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and maintainable
- Document architecture and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
Key Skills:
- Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (or deep experience with Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, Actions, and early Agentforce releases)
- Strong Salesforce background: Sales Cloud, Automation (Flows), Object and permission design
- Experience delivering AI-driven solutions in production environments
- Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Salesforce AI consultant with hands-on Agentforce experience to lead the implementation of AI-driven workflows within Salesforce. This role is focused on designing, deploying, and governing AI agents that support revenue-generating and client-facing teams, while respecting the constraints of a regulated financial services business. You will have significant autonomy to shape the approach, architecture, and best practices.
