Summary: The AEP Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering AEP readiness from setup to ID card dispatch for all members, including reporting and stakeholder communications. This role involves overseeing project lifecycles, leading teams, and facilitating change to meet business objectives. The position requires effective communication with various levels of the organization, including senior leadership. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and initiatives by overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, developing project-related deliverables, and proactively tracking action items until completion against each milestone.
  • Plan and oversee meetings, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills to interface with team members and subject matter experts to support team goals and project efforts.
  • Lead team responsible for development and management of specialized programs and/or initiatives and support execution and implementation to meet business and corporate objectives, budget targets and delivery timeframes.
  • Lead team efforts in developing solutions to difficult or complex situations by identifying, analyzing and understanding target audiences and their specific program needs.
  • Advise and communicate with various levels within the enterprise, including senior leadership, regarding programs/projects/initiatives, emerging issues and challenges, state of the industry and additional opportunities.
  • Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and direction to staff with responsibility for programs/initiatives of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Facilitate change by challenging paradigms, seeking ongoing improvements to processes/procedures, understanding enterprise impacts, leveraging diverse resources and developing creative solutions.
  • Identify key improvement metrics/scorecards and review program/initiative data and results in comparison with benchmark metrics and expected outcomes.
  • Manage team prioritization efforts and development of applicable work processes and procedures; ensure appropriate documentation, reporting and delivery in accordance with corporate and industry standards.
  • Enrollment cycle experience is must.
  • Should be able to update/refine the AEP plan (working with stakeholders).
