AEM Project Manager (W2)

Job Summary

Drive end to end delivery of complex Adobe AEM based digital experience programs as a project manager, ensuring predictable outcomes, high quality, and strong alignment with business goals in a work from office model.

Coordinate cross functional AEM DevOps, frontend, authoring, and backend teams to deliver scalable and secure industry focused solutions at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end to end planning and execution of complex Adobe AEM implementation projects to meet agreed scope schedule and quality targets in a work from office environment.
• Manage cross functional collaboration among AEM DevOps AEM frontend AEM authoring and AEM backend teams to deliver integrated and reliable digital experience solutions for enterprise clients.
• Oversee project work breakdown estimation and resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization of specialized AEM talent and timely delivery of critical milestones.
• Monitor project progress through well defined metrics and status reports to proactively identify risks issues and dependencies and to drive timely corrective actions.
• Facilitate detailed requirement clarification and backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders to translate industry essentials domain needs into implementable AEM user stories and technical tasks.
• Coordinate closely with AEM DevOps engineers to streamline build deployment and release processes using automation and robust environment strategies that support stable and frequent releases.
• Guide AEM frontend and backend teams to adhere to performance security and accessibility standards so that delivered experiences are performant secure and inclusive across channels.
• Ensure AEM authoring experiences are intuitive by working with content teams to refine templates components workflows and governance models that enable efficient content operations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria that validate both functional and nonfunctional requirements specific to industry essentials solutions.
• Communicate clear and concise status updates to client and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency manage expectations and support informed decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize project financials by tracking budget effort burn and change requests to protect margins while still delivering tangible value and measurable outcomes for customers.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each release and driving adoption of best practices across AEM DevOps delivery and project management disciplines.
• Align project outcomes with the company mission by prioritizing features and experiences that improve end user journeys enhance trust and support broader societal benefits such as better access to digital services.
