Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated AEM architecture or senior AEM engineering capacity.
- Deep expertise in AEM Sites and AEM Forms, including AEM as a Cloud Service, Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models, and Document Services.
- Demonstrated experience leading scripted or automated form migration programs involving large-scale form portfolios.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) microservice development, RESTful API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Practical experience with OSGi/Felix, Sling, JCR/Oak, HTL (Sightly), and AEM Core Components.
- Solid grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) and architecture governance processes.
- Proven ability to lead technical cross-functional teams and communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
