AEM Developer

Summary: The AEM Developer role focuses on leveraging Adobe Experience Manager to create and manage XML documentation using DITA standards. The position requires extensive experience in customizing DITA Open Toolkit and developing publishing pipelines. Responsibilities include content migration from legacy systems and establishing structured content architecture. This is a remote position requiring over 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adobe Experience Manager Guides / AEM XML Documentation
• DITA XML, DITA maps, topics, keyrefs, conrefs, metadata, and reusable content
• DITA Open Toolkit customization and plugin development
• Ant build scripts and DITA OT publishing pipelines
• Custom publishing outputs: CaaS XML, CDAPI, Epic HTML, AH PDF, and IdXML/InDesign
• AEM content migration from legacy CMS platforms
• Content modeling and structured content architecture

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in AEM development
• Proficiency in DITA XML and related technologies
• Experience with DITA Open Toolkit customization
• Knowledge of Ant build scripts
• Ability to create custom publishing outputs
• Experience in content migration from legacy systems
