Summary: The AEM Data Specialist role involves assisting the web migration team by ensuring accurate input and validation of pricing data within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update and validate pricing data across newly created practice pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on pricing information prior to and post go-live
  • Develop and document a short-term process for maintaining pricing accuracy during the interim period
  • Collaborate with project and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information
  • Provide input into the design of a longer-term strategic solution for automated pricing updates from multiple sources into AEM
  • Manage own workload and priorities to meet fixed project deadlines
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and support ad hoc pricing-related tasks as needed

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ideally in a data environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining high data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of pricing or product data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data validation, formatting and comparison
  • Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for task tracking, testing and workflow management
  • Ability to work independently, managing own workload and priorities in a fast-paced and often changing environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs or shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical, operations and project stakeholders
  • Desirable: experience designing or contributing to processes for ongoing data maintenance in CMS platforms
  • Desirable: understanding of data integration concepts or automated data feeds into AEM

Duration: 6 months initial agreement

We are seeking an AEM Data Specialist to assist the web migration team, focussing on the accurate input and validation of pricing with the newly created practice pages. You’ll be designing and implementing a short-term process for maintaining pricing accuracy post-launch, with potential involvement in shaping a longer-term, strategic solution to automate pricing updates from multiple data sources into AEM.
