This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £13.73- £18.12 per hour Umbrella - £15-£20 per hour This role is on a fully remote basis and on a 3 month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Adult Social Care Paralegal:
- To undertake other legal work as appropriate including legal research drafting of legal documents.
- To provide advice and guidance, where appropriate, under the supervision of the Legal Services, Manager, Senior Solicitor and/or solicitors from the Specialist Team, on adult’s safeguarding, education and associated matters, including, education prosecutions, criminal injuries, compensation and disclosure of information to third parties.
- To attend court / tribunal with fee earners and/or counsel as required.
