Sellick Partnership are currently seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the South West.

The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:

  • Safeguarding
  • Mental health
  • Ordinary residence
  • COP
  • DOLs

This position can offer flexible remote working for the duration of the placement and the manager is happy to offer support and training to a newly qualified lawyer who has completed a seat in ASC Law.

Our client is looking for the successful adults social care lawyer to start as soon as possible. Both full-time and part-time work will be considered.
