Adoption & Change Management Consultant - Junior & Senior
UK | Remote | Contract | 6 Months
I'm recruiting three ACM Consultants, including one Junior and two Senior Consultants, to support a major AI adoption and digital transformation programme.
This is an opportunity to help organisations get real value from Microsoft 365 Copilot by building user confidence, embedding new ways of working and driving sustainable adoption.
You'll work alongside change management specialists and customer stakeholders to deliver practical adoption initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered tools.
From developing targeted training and communications to supporting champion networks, your work will help teams understand, embrace and use new technology effectively.
Key Skills & Experience
- Adoption and Change Management (ACM) delivery
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Prosci change management methodology; certification preferred
- AI and Copilot culture change initiatives
- User training, demonstrations and enablement
- Persona-based scenarios and adoption planning
- Digital transformation roadmaps and target operating models
- Change champion networks and stakeholder engagement
- Adoption metrics, feedback and risk management
- Backlog refinement and sprint planning
These contracts offer the chance to contribute directly to AI adoption, helping organisations turn new technology into meaningful business outcomes.
We're keen to hear from both junior and senior consultants with relevant change management and Microsoft Copilot experience.
