Summary: The role of Adobe Workfront Solution Architect involves leading the technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront solutions for a long-term remote contract. The position requires extensive experience in Adobe Workfront and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The architect will also be responsible for advanced configurations, workflow automation, and ensuring best practices in implementation. Knowledge of Workfront APIs for custom development is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and architecture of Adobe Workfront solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Workfront configurations.
  • Perform advanced configuration of Workfront objects, including custom forms, project/layout templates, and reports.
  • Design and develop complex workflow automation using Workfront Fusion with other critical enterprise systems like DAM, CRM, or ERP.
  • Set up users, access levels, permissions, and overall governance within Workfront.
  • Troubleshoot Workfront and its integration-related issues.
  • Define and enforce best practices for Workfront implementation and stay updated with the latest platform updates.
  • Knowledge of Workfront APIs for custom development is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront and other project management solutions.
  • Certification(s) in Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong technical design and architecture skills.
