  • Configuring Workfront features such as custom forms, templates, approval workflows, user roles, and advanced reporting (including text mode).
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and other enterprise systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, Marketo).
  • Utilizing Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and streamline processes, improving efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Developing training materials, mentoring users, and providing ongoing support for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Establishing and enforcing best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance.
  • Partnering with system administrators to manage Workfront setups, access levels, layout templates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
