Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Workfront support queue: triage, resolve, and communicate ticket status with urgency and clarity.
- Provide direct user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate to Adobe support when needed.
- Conduct regular system audits, maintain data integrity, and ensure platform stability.
- Stay current with Workfront releases and proactively test and communicate relevant updates.
- Manage user provisioning, deactivation, license allocation, and role-based access control.
- Configure and maintain teams, groups, layout templates, and visibility settings.
- Deliver user onboarding, training, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Design and implement custom forms, workflows, approval processes, and intake queues.
- Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using text mode.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using native features or integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Workfront capabilities with business goals.
- Support change management and drive user adoption of new features.
- Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a Workfront System Administrator.
- Hands-on support queue management experience.
- Experience with direct user support and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Workfront architecture, object relationships, and data schema.
- Proficiency in text mode reporting, dashboard creation, workflow and custom form configuration.
