Summary: The role of Data Delivery Manager involves driving digital transformation in marketing operations for a global leader in consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Solutions: Partner with regional marketing teams to translate business goals into technical reality using the full Adobe suite.
- Build & Activate: Lead the charge in segment development and campaign activation within AEP, ensuring everything aligns with the broader brand strategy.
- Optimise & Advise: Analyse current workflows, recommend best practices, and provide data-driven insights to boost marketing effectiveness.
- Be the Expert: Act as the "go-to" technical authority for AEP and Adobe Campaign, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Empower Others: Lead training sessions and workshops to level up the skills of junior team members and peers.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and XML.
- Proven ability to handle massive datasets, big data optimisation, and complex marketing automation workflows.
- Ability to translate "tech-speak" into actionable insights for senior business executives.
- Deep knowledge of the wider Adobe Cloud (AAM, Analytics).
- Experience in D2C retail or consumer electronics environments.
