- Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Analytical mindset with experience using statistical methods to evaluate test results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in retail is highly preferred.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record in segmentation, multivariate testing, and personalization at scale.
- Strong technical understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, AEP/RT-CDP, AEM).
- Ability to design and execute advanced testing methodologies (multivariate, holdout groups, personalization algorithms).
