Key Responsibilities:

Certified Expert (MCE) or higher (e.g., Marketo Certified Solutions Architect). with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and how Marketo fits in.knowledge of Marketo Smart Campaigns, Programs, Smart Lists, and Tokens.to set up and optimize nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation integrating Marketo with CRM systems (in our case, Microsoft Dynamics)with datagovernance, deduplication, and database management. Marketo Landing Page and Email Template customization (HTML/CSS)to map business goals to marketing automation strategy designing lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels in engagement programs, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and personalization. GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations relevant to marketing automation implementation methodology (e.g., phased rollout vs. full migration) to provide a project plan, milestones, and timelines.communication skills for working with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to train internal teams on Marketo best practices deliverables (campaign setup guides, process flows, playbooks).
