Summary: The Adobe Business Consultant role involves acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Adobe Experience Cloud solutions meet business objectives.   • Lead discovery workshops to understand client requirements, business goals, and current digital marketing maturity.
  • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, etc.) to drive customer engagement, personalization, and ROI.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with solution architects and developers to implement solutions.
  • Stay current on Adobe Experience Cloud updates, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Real-Time CDP).
  • In-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing technology to business outcomes.
  • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence.
  • Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior.
