Summary: The Adobe Audiences Senior Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of audience segmentation and activation workflows using Adobe Real-Time CDP. This role focuses on advanced targeting and personalization across various marketing channels and Experience Cloud applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement audience segmentation strategies in Adobe RTCDP and Audience Manager.
- Own segment logic, governed audiences, calculated attributes, and activation workflows.
- Troubleshoot segment qualification, data ingestion issues, and personalization logic.
- Integrate 1st/2nd/3rd-party data into Adobe Experience Cloud and optimize platform configurations.
- Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Implement orchestration logic in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and offer proofing.
- Monitor logs, KPIs, and performance to continuously improve activation and delivery.
- Document solutions and provide training across teams.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- 7-10 years with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of tag management (Adobe DTM, Ensighten), JavaScript, HTML, and debugging tools.
- Experience with segmentation, data modeling, cookies, server calls, variable mapping, and engagement scoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
