Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement audience segmentation strategies using Adobe Audience Manager.
- Owns segment logic in Adobe RTCDP and related audience activation workflows.
- Defines traits, calculated attributes, and governed audience definitions.
- Troubleshoots segment population and segment-based personalization logic.
- Integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources into Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize analytics and audience platform configurations.
- Document solutions and train internal teams on audience management and analytics processes.
- Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign logic for orchestrated delivery.
- Support experimentation, A/B logic, and proofing for personalized offers.
- Monitor logs and delivery KPIs to continuously improve orchestration.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten).
