Summary: Adobe Architect (AEM) is needed on a contract basis for a global healthcare company to enhance the Adobe Experience Manager service. The role involves understanding the current service, developing governance models, and overseeing operations while collaborating with an external vendor. The position is remote and expected to last between 3 to 6 months, starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand current state and what is already in place
- Develop a governance and operating model
- Find the right people (ops team), plan handovers, train them
- Define processes & KPIs, track those & manage escalations
- Improve quality and ensure seamless operations
- Oversee projects, review & prepare offers, manage demands
