Responsibilities
- Report Generation- Looking for an Adobe Analytics Power User someone who can create robust, easy to use, informative reports that stakeholders can leverage/self-serve to find meaningful insights. Take requirements and convert to meaningful workspaces. Participate in and lead regular communication routines to teach others how to use the reports created.
- Digital Customer Journey Analysis - Partner directly with leaders on the team and stakeholders to provide actionable insights on the ecommerce customer experience. Responsible for executing analysis using Adobe Analytics to understand customer experiences and pain points. Produce compelling visualizations and insights to tell the story of the customer journey. Communicate those insights clearly and appropriately throughout the organization, while providing your unique data perspective.
- Data Validation Troubleshoot, validate, and investigate any nuances in the data. Define and partner on requirements to establish a best-in-class data environment.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or 2-3+ years of journey/digital analytics experience
