Summary: The Adobe AEM Technical Lead is responsible for managing and implementing analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. This role involves regular stakeholder interaction to gather requirements, building reports and dashboards, and enhancing user experience on applications. The position requires a strong background in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as experience in managing team objectives tied to KPIs. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the new requirements
- Managing and Implementation of Adobe Analytics / Glass box/ Google Analytics tags on website / Apps (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or any other Tag manager)
- Building reports/dashboards and case studies on data captured in Adobe Analytics / Session Cam tools
- Product/business/support monitoring and analyzing the performances
- Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields and outcomes
- Managing team objective tied to KPI/KRA
- Designing solutions to enhance the user experience on Provider Apps
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing solution using Adobe Experience Cloud Products [Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target , Adobe Launch] (Must have)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in building reports/dashboards using Adobe Analytics (Must Have)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience Implementing Adobe Analytics / Session Cam / Glass Box/ Google Analytics tag on website (Tools: DTM / Adobe Launch or other Tag manager) (Must have)
- Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analysis Workspace , Tableau etc. )
- Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analysis Workspace, Tableau, Python, Apache Hive, SQL, MongoDb etc.)
- Experience in working with a marketing/Business intelligence environment
- High level experience in data analysis techniques
