Summary: The Adobe AEM Librarian is responsible for managing end-user access and providing support for AEM Assets. This role includes troubleshooting access issues, training users on the platform, and tracking requests. The position is remote and requires a proactive approach to user support and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End user access management and user support for AEM Assets
- Access troubleshooting including Adobe Admin Console and Active Directory
- First line of support for end users access issues
- Train users on how to use the platform
- Update existing and create new training documents and job aids
- Track requests
Key Skills:
- Experience with Adobe AEM
- Knowledge of access management and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for user training
- Ability to create training documentation
- Technical support experience
