Summary: The Adobe AEM Cloud Developer role requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in Adobe AEM and related technologies. The position involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service, while ensuring best practices in cloud deployments and performance optimization. Collaboration with UX/UI designers and DevOps teams is essential, along with mentoring junior developers. The role is primarily remote but may also be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service
  • Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and bundles
  • Develop and maintain OSGi services, Sling Models, and servlets
  • Implement and support Cloud Manager pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud deployments
  • Ensure adherence to AEM Cloud best practices, including immutable deployments and content architecture
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and Adobe services
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams
  • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AEM applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in cloud environments
  • Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and standards compliance
