Summary: The role of Resource Coordinator: Administrator involves supporting recruitment processes for a leading facilities management client, primarily through remote work with occasional visits to Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic sifting of candidates/applications
  • Interview scheduling
  • Customer service and communication via email, phone, and text
  • Updating trackers and the recruitment system
  • Providing administrative support
  • Basic reporting by pulling data from systems
  • Supporting central functions and soft services within the domestic and security hub
