Summary: The Active Directory Technical Specialist role is a remote position requiring advanced expertise in administering Active Directory within a multi-site and multi-domain environment. The candidate will be responsible for account management, client consultation, and problem resolution, with an initial onsite equipment pickup in Raleigh, NC. This position is contract-based for over 12 months and offers competitive hourly rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Active Directory accounts and manage security measures.
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012.
- Establish positive client relationships and assess client needs.
- Consult with clients and IT professionals to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze technical documentation for support and assistance.
- Work independently on tasks and monitor progress.
