Summary: The Accrual Automation Consultant role involves supporting the automation of monthly accrual processes and contributing to S2R AI-driven transformation initiatives. The position requires designing, validating, testing, and deploying automation solutions to enhance finance operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong finance process expertise along with hands-on experience in automation and analytics. This is a project manager role focused on accrual automation or S2R processes within a complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the automation of monthly accrual processes and S2R transformation initiatives.
- Design, validate, test, and deploy automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with engineering and finance teams to validate logic and support UAT.
- Manage cross-functional programs in a large complex organization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in finance operations, accrual accounting, or S2R processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, Python, SQL).
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with large data sets.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
