Summary: The Accounts Payable Cloud Lead at Global Applications is responsible for driving Accounts Payable transformation initiatives using cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Accounts Payable processes within cloud-based ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, NetSuite).
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Manage and optimize AP workflows including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver cloud-based AP solutions.
  • Drive process automation and efficiency through RPA, AI/ML-based invoice processing, and AP analytics.
  • Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
  • Provide governance, risk, and control framework for AP processes in compliance with SOX, IFRS, and GAAP.
  • Mentor and guide AP teams and junior consultants in adopting best practices.
  • Deliver dashboards and KPIs for AP performance, cash flow forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Procurement, GL, and Treasury functions.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Transformation, or ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes (invoice-to-pay, 3-way matching, vendor master, payment cycles).
  • Hands-on experience in cloud migration, system integrations, and AP automation tools.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance frameworks (SOX, IFRS, GAAP), and audit requirements.
  • Experience in leading AP teams or Finance/ERP transformation projects.
