What You'll Do

• Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
• Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
• Validate calculations, formulas, and formatting for accuracy and consistency
• Identify errors or inconsistencies in source materials
• Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
• Ensure datasets meet quality standards for use in AI model training and evaluation

Must-Have Who You Are

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial discipline
• Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable working with structured financial data
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage task-based assignments

Nice To Have

• Exposure to audit, FP&A, financial operations, or similar accounting workflows
• Experience reviewing or preparing financial statements
• Familiarity with data validation or structured data entry processes
