Accounting Analyst

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Title: Accounting Analyst Location: London, UK/ Remote Duration: 3 Weeks We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to support the UK Finance team in managing invoice-related tasks using Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365 ERP. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with D365, particularly in downloading and managing vendor and customer invoices.

• Extract and download multiple invoices from D365 ERP for vendors and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of downloaded invoices and ensure proper syntax and list to ensure completeness.
• Use Excel to analyze and report on invoice data as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, concatenate, formulas, data validation, etc.). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), especially invoice modules. Ability to navigate in F&O and export the data to Excel. Basic understanding of accounting workflows (e.g., AP/AR, intercompany billing). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
