Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit checks as required due to fiduciary accountabilities.
• Assist with the coordination, preparation, and analysis of financial reports and statements.
• Develop and submit accounting and financial transactions for proper reporting.
• Maintain necessary accounting records and files.
• Perform maintenance of the general ledger.
• Prepare and verify financial reports for various agencies and management.
• Correspond with field staff or outside sources regarding discrepancies or issues.
• Stay updated on changes to GAAP and statutory accounting requirements.
• Recommend changes to enhance job performance and workflow.
• Assist in the development of new accounting/financial processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

• Basic Accounting knowledge.
• Data Entry and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Undergraduate studies in accounting or finance; degree preferred.
• Three years of related accounting experience.
