Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all year-end calculations are appropriate and meeting the relevant deadlines
- Preparing income and expenditure reports for leaseholders for final audit and sign off
- Having up to date knowledge of service charge legislations
- Manage and maintain the financial models used to prepare accurate charges
- Liaising with all relevant stakeholders, including: tenants, suppliers, management companies and internal departments to resolve service charge queries
- Arranging system updates and reconciliation of revised charges
Key Skills:
- Social housing, public sector or property management experience
- Management experience of at least 1 individual
- Proven experience working with a housing management system and finance system
- Knowledge of rent and service charges
- AAT preferred but not essential
- Strong computer skills
