Summary: The Account Opening Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms for various banking products. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applications
- Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlog
- Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term fixes
- Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams
- Act as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
- Lead and support a small operations team
- Introduce and maintain structured processes and documentation
- Ensure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environments
- Fluent Italian speaker (C1 level or higher)
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex systems landscapes
