Summary: The Account Opening Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms for various banking products. This role involves managing incidents, coordinating with development teams, and leading a small operations team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applications
  • Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlog
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term fixes
  • Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams
  • Act as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
  • Lead and support a small operations team
  • Introduce and maintain structured processes and documentation
  • Ensure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environments
