Key Responsibilities:

• Build detailed personas and simulated digital environments across tools like Gmail, Slack, Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Drive.
• Design complex tasks that challenge AI agents in reasoning, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Run AI agents through scenarios, evaluate performance, and guide improvements using structured hints.
• Create realistic situations involving scheduling conflicts, information overload, and competing priorities.
• Document scenarios, evaluations, and outcomes clearly using tools like Airtable and Crucible.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in creating structured content, scenario design, or similar creative workflows.
• Strong written communication and high attention to detail.
• Creative thinking with the ability to design layered and realistic scenarios.
• Familiarity with structured tools such as JSON editors, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and assess information quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows effectively.
• Strong experience in writing, content creation, UX writing, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination such as project management, consulting, or client-facing roles is a plus.
