Key Responsibilities:
- Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
- Drive new business through targeted outreach to decision-makers in the hospitality and property management verticals
- Build and execute strategic sales campaigns to uncover new opportunities
- Leverage industry expertise to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to refine and implement best practices
- Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress toward goals
- Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Key Skills:
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Native in Spanish
- Metrics-driven and goal-oriented
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields
- A track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing new opportunities
- Strong written, verbal, and phone skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to exceed targets
