Introduction:
The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in moderating user testing sessions, executing usability labs, performing heuristic evaluations, mapping user journeys, and managing information architecture.
They will be responsible for ensuring that digital products and services meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards and are user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting user experience research
- Facilitating usability testing and labs
- Creating user journey maps
- Developing personas
- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Ensuring WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance
- Managing information architecture
- Collaborating with technical team members, developers, and stakeholders
- Integrating interface designs into Angular or MVC .NET framework environments
- Utilizing or extending the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS)
