Absence Techno Functional Consultant

Summary: Leads the design and implementation of Oracle Absence Management, ensuring accurate leave accruals, eligibility rules, and compliance for a regulated healthcare workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather absence and leave requirements (PTO, sick, vacation, extended leave types)
• Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and carryover policies
• Support healthcare compliance and policy-driven absence tracking
• Use Fast Formula to calculate accruals, proration, and entitlement logic
• Validate data flow between Absence, OTL, and Payroll
• Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization

Key Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management
• Strong functional knowledge of leave policies and accruals
• Working knowledge of Fast Formula for absence calculations
• Experience supporting Payroll integration
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
