Key Responsibilities:
- Gather absence and leave requirements (PTO, sick, vacation, extended leave types)
- Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and carryover policies
- Support healthcare compliance and policy-driven absence tracking
- Use Fast Formula to calculate accruals, proration, and entitlement logic
- Validate data flow between Absence, OTL, and Payroll
- Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
Key Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management
- Strong functional knowledge of leave policies and accruals
- Working knowledge of Fast Formula for absence calculations
