Summary: We’re looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support S/4HANA initiatives by delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining ABAP code, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring smooth system integration. This position is entirely remote and requires strong technical skills in ABAP and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code aligned with business needs
- Deliver custom developments and enhancements within S/4HANA
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Build/optimise RICEF objects, OData services, CDS Views, and AMDPs
- Ensure smooth integration and data flow between systems
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Contribute to solution design and technical documentation
- Support go-live and post-go-live activities
Key Skills:
- Proven ABAP development experience in S/4HANA
- Strong skills in ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Open SQL
- Solid SQL and SAP HANA performance optimisation experience
- Understanding of application vs. database-layer logic
- Experience with Fiori/UI5 integration
- FMCG or pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred)
- Understanding of SD, MM, PP, or FI/CO processes
- Strong English communication skills
