Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and assessing policy and regulatory issues across the MENA region
- Triaging inbound content and account-related requests from external partners
- Coordinating with internal teams to progress and resolve escalations
- Maintaining clear documentation, case tracking, and closure for all requests
- Maintaining team calendars, including leave schedules and key regional events
- Assisting with budget administration, invoicing, contracts, and quarterly reporting
Key Skills:
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English (essential)
