Summary: The role of a 3rd Line Desktop Support Engineer focuses on providing advanced technical support in a Wintel environment within a busy enterprise support setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support across end-user computing and infrastructure services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
  • Support Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure/Entra) functionalities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune & Autopilot for device management.
  • Assist with virtual desktop environments and endpoint management tools.
  • Implement and manage Group Policy and PowerShell scripts.
  • Ensure security through Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows Firewall.
  • Support remote access and VPN configurations.
  • Manage Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams support.
  • Provide assistance with secure print and endpoint applications.
