This is a commission only role so it will suit aggressive, hungry 360 Energy & Renewables Recruiters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Myn will provide you with everything you need to run your operation – Bespoke business development campaigns, resourcing & back-office support, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access and advertising on the most relevant jobs board. What you will bring: 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the Energy & Renewables sector. Passion for business development and winning new clients. Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals. Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months. Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation Comfortable using a range of different tools to source for passive and active candidates Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance. This role is not for everyone; it demands a specific attitude and profile of individual to be successful.
