SERVICE OVERVIEW

Background

Client will provide technical services to configure the Client SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) within the in-scope Client environments.

Goals and Objectives

Through scoping discussions and information provided by Client, the following goals and objectives have been identified for this project:

  • Define, develop, and document Identity Security Cloud solution specifications and provide in-scope documentation

Password Management

Testing and Go Live

  • Optiv will unit test in Development prior to Client UAT handover

  • Provide up to 40 hours within Five (5) consecutive business days of Go-live support to Client once UAT has been completed, and required updates have been made
  • Provide up to 100 hours for US-Based Engineer support: up to six (6) weeks of post-production support to Client once the solution is promoted to production

Additional Considerations

All work product, configurations, and customizations created specifically for Client under this SOW are owned by Client. SailPoint's underlying platform intellectual property rights are governed solely by Client's separate license agreement with SailPoint, and nothing in this SOW will diminish Client's rights thereunder.
