- Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and support timely resolutions.

Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of QA/testing experience, with a strong emphasis on manual testing of complex workflows, integrations, and business processes.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and test cycle execution.
- ERP testing experience (JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar) is a plus but not required; candidates must be willing and able to test ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP logistics processes, including Forward and Reverse Logistics, is a nice to have.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for test data validation and analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
