Summary: This role is for a 100% remote position requiring expertise in Teradata SQL and some experience with SAS. The candidate will be responsible for executing structured SAS-SQL code to manage large datasets and optimize communications products. A strong analytical background and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position. The role is outside IR35 and does not support H1B visas, but EAD-OPT candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute structured SAS-SQL Teradata code to synthesize large amounts of relational data to optimize complex member communications products to audiences.
- Perform quality assurance on list pulls.
- Leverage sophisticated database management platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL-server or structured programming.
- Demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment and initiative.
- Communicate effectively in a clear, logical, and consistent manner.
- Interact and influence at all levels of the organization with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize experience in database or direct marketing.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, Economics or related field (or relevant experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working knowledge and experience in database management.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- 5-6 years of experience in systems analysis and application program development.
- Understanding of health care business and care delivery processes preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail.

- Perform quality assurance on list pulls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, Economics or related field (or rela experience) along with a minimum of 1-2 years of working knowledge and experience in successfully leveraging sophisticated database management platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL-server or structured programming.
- Must be proficient with SQL experience.
- Candidates must have superior analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a high level of independent judgment and initiative required.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent.
