Position: Technical Writer, Cybersecurity OT
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months+
- 5+ years of experience authoring cybersecurity or IT SOPs, Detailed Job Instructions, and controlled standard-work documentation.
- Strong experience translating complex engineering processes into clear, executable instructions for L1/L2 operators and site personnel.
- Background in OT, industrial cybersecurity, manufacturing, or industrial environments strongly preferred.
- Experience managing document lifecycles, including templates, version control, peer review, approvals, controlled publication, and document repositories.
- Must be skilled in SME interviews, requirements gathering, technical editing, and coordinating multiple documents concurrently.
- Technical familiarity preferred with Nozomi, Zscaler OT remote access, CyberArk OT remote access, OT asset inventory, access controls, media protection, backup and recovery, CMMC, audit remediation, and ServiceNow.
