Summary: The role of SAP HANA FICA involves providing expertise in SAP FICA processes, particularly in areas such as dunning, contract accounting, and integration with utility processes. The position is remote but requires travel to Jackson, MI, up to two weeks per month. The candidate will support ECC to S/4HANA migrations and work closely with business users and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong SAP FICA expertise, including dunning by collection strategy, clearing rules, payments, returns, refunds, and contract accounting.
  • Support ECC to S/4HANA migrations, including FICA objects, open items, and master data conversion.
  • Configure FICA and IS-U, develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore resources.
  • Travel to Jackson, MI, up to two weeks per month as needed.

Required skills:
Strong SAP FICA expertise, including dunning by collection strategy, clearing rules, payments, returns, refunds, and contract accounting.
Experience with SAP IS-U utility processes and integrations with Billing, Customer Service, and Work Management.
Proven experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA migrations, including FICA objects, open items, and master data conversion.
Skilled in FICA and IS-U configuration, functional design, and solution validation.
Experience developing and reviewing functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Strong understanding of integrations with FI-GL, SD, and Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with FQEVENTS, enhancements, and user exits.
Experience using and supporting SAP Fiori applications.
