Summary: The role is for a 100% remote PL/SQL Developer specializing in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the PBM domain and ETL. The candidate must have experience in migrating from Oracle to Azure and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and contract-based, requiring strong technical skills in PL/SQL development and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL code, including dynamic SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and validations.
- Migration to Oracle Microsoft Azure and experience in Azure DevOps will be a plus.
- Work closely with business teams and cross-functional internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable database logic.
- Design and implement data validation logic and transformations as part of ETL processes.
- Analyze and support large datasets across multiple database environments.
- Independently manage deliverables and proactively resolve issues related to data accuracy, performance, and logic.
- Support integration efforts with healthcare systems and PBM applications.
