Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Functional Consultant with strong client-facing skills to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to document requirements, lead various testing sessions, manage data conversions, and provide post-go-live support. This position is fully remote but candidates must be residents of specific states or willing to relocate. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of the HCM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements related to Core HR.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and define solution architecture in alignment with Oracle best practices.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core, including Redwood, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows.
  • Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover planning.
  • Prepare and execute test cases for Core HR daily business processes.
  • Lead data conversion efforts, including data mapping, HDL loading, and reconciliation with legacy systems.
  • Support post-deployment issue resolution, including troubleshooting and user training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate system extensions and integrations.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in Core HR; functional knowledge of OTL, Payroll, and Compensation is a plus.
  • Experience with data conversions using HDL, and data reconciliation between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with Redwood UI, Journeys, and Transaction Workflows.
  • Experience facilitating CRPs, UAT, training sessions, and cutover planning.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to support enterprise-level HCM deployments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
