Summary: Amtex Systems Inc is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits Consultant to provide expertise in the Compensation and Benefits modules of Oracle HCM Cloud. The role is primarily remote with potential travel and is expected to last between 6 to 12 months. The consultant will leverage their knowledge of HR processes and compliance to deliver effective solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Implement and manage Workforce Compensation, Salary Administration, Individual Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
- Facilitate integrations between HCM Cloud and third-party systems such as Payroll vendors and Benefit providers.
- Ensure compliance with HR, Compensation, and Benefits business processes.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
